The e-Loop Commercial Presence Mode wireless detection module features radar protection.

The Commercial Wireless Vehicle Detection System relies on magnetometer sensors to detect approaching vehicles. These detections are sent to a nearby transceiver to activate the gate. Once a vehicle is detected, the e-loop switches to radar mode. Install the sensors on the surface of entry or exit passages using dyna bolts. They come equipped with four replaceable Lithium batteries and can withstand the weight of almost any vehicle.

The Radar sensors can detect vehicles that have come to a stop above the e-loop. The additional radar feature utilises a two-way radio communication protocol to ensure reliable operation. When the magnetometer sensor senses an oncoming vehicle, the transceiver relay is engaged, and a confirmation is sent back to the e-Loop. If the magnetic field drops below the set threshold, the radar checks for the presence of a vehicle. If no vehicle is detected, an unlatch command is sent to the relay, and the transceiver confirms this to the e-loop. If for any reason the confirmation is not received, multiple attempts are made to ensure safe operation. You can adjust radar settings using the e-diagnostics remote, allowing changes to parameters such as Dead Zone, Sensor Distance, Sensitivity, Magnetic Field Release Level, and Confirmation Mode.

Note: Gate or door controller must have a dedicated open input and auto close function enabled.

Magnetometer Detection Areas

Varying magnetic field detection zones. The grey area depicts a 0.6m high sensitivity detection area surrounding the e-loop, suitable for the majority of vehicles. The dark colour area depicts a 1m medium sensitivity detection area surrounding the e-loop, suitable for most vehicles. The light colour depicts a 1.5m low sensitivity detection area surrounding the e-loop, which is only suitable for some vehicles.

Radar Read Distances

Radar detection range. Spanning from a 60° FOV from the e-loop, these are the range zones. The Gray area depicts the dead zone, in which objects cannot be detected. The Minimum read distance is 0.6m. The default read distance is 1.3m, and the Maximum read distance spans up to 2m.

SHIPPING WITHIN NZ

Components - brackets, hinges, gate operators etc are generally off the shelf and we will dispatch the same day for orders before 2pm and next day for orders after. Deliveries go out by courier. We use NZC and our shipping charges are closely matched to what we get charged.

Long or Bulky Items - such as gate track, rolls of chain link mesh or barrier arms go out by Streamline freight. Delivery can take a day or two depending on your location. We do our best to charge only the actual cost.

Fence Panels and Gates  - are managed by inquiry only as the logistics of production and site delivery are best discussed with you or your trades people. We have our own hiab truck that can be used to drop your order right on site but it will need careful planning. Talk to us about these kind of requests.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS

We're happy to ship overseas and have some regular export customers. But most of our product is heavy and freight can be very expensive for small orders. So we encourage our international customers to put through their inquiry and let us quote the freight before they make a purchase decision.

RETURNS

We only put the credit card payment through after we've dispatched the goods so that if there are any stockouts or delays you can be contacted to make an informed decision.

We're happy to accept returns for standard off-the-shelf product that is un-used and in its original packaging. But if you're ordering something that will be custom made for you then we'll not be able to accept a return in any circumstances. On standard items we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Talk to us before returning goods so that we can issue you with a return authority number so our store people can match your return to your order.
