The P-post is a roll-formed galvanised steel post designed to be used in conjunction with an existing fence.

Tech Specifications

Conforms to NZS 3016:2002 - Electrical installations - Electric security fences
The roll-formed shape gives it a high level of stiffness and rigidity. The same post can be used for intermediate posts (with y-standard insulators) or as a strainer post (with jumbo insulators or maxi-tweakers).
The post is 2.5m long with 27 holes at 91mm centers. This is compatible with other major brands in the New Zealand and Australian markets
No need for mounting blocks when fitted to the chain-link fence posts. The design of the P-post projects the live wires to 115mm from the fence. This speeds up installation time and is a cleaner solution than the use of multiple spacers per post.
Intermediate posts can be ordered with insulators attached to speed up your installation!
